FAQ
What can I expect the church service to be like?
Our church services are traditional with congregational hymns, special singing from soloist/groups/families, and old-fashioned, Bible-based preaching. Our pastor is sensitive to the Lord’s leadership in a service, so each service is unique. It isn’t rare to have testimonies of God’s goodness during the service. Our church is blessed with a great choir that sings during the Sunday Morning service.
What programs do you have for children?
We have a Wednesday night program we call “Cross Training” that runs from October-May. The program consists of singing, games, Bible study, and Bible memory. Beginning at 6:45pm and ending around 7:30pm, the children then join the adults in the sanctuary for preaching time. This program is for ages 3-12.
We also have Sunday School classes for all ages with devoted teachers.
Children are a big part of our congregation and seek to make them feel included and able to serve during services – including in our youth choir.
What can my teenager expect?
We have a great youth group and have several activities geared toward the youth throughout the year. Youth camp, family camp, outings to different activities, volleyball, and live Clue games are several things they enjoy. Our youth are also very involved during church services.
